2024 Reindeer Rumble

The 2nd Annual Reindeer Rumble Tournament, scheduled to take place from December 14-15 2024. This highly anticipated event will be held at the brand-new Henrico Sports and Event Center, setting the stage for an unparalleled competitive experience.
TEAM CHECK-IN
Friday Night:
Join us for a Coaches Happy Hour and check-in at Center of the Universe Brewery, located at 11293 Air Park Road, Ashland, VA 23005. We’ll be open from 6-9pm, and you'll receive a free beer ticket in your welcome pack. Visit Center of the Universe Website for more details. You will receive all your team credentials as well. We are providing bag tags that will be mandatory for entry.
Saturday Morning:
Team check-in begins at 9am. Please ensure you check in at least 45 minutes before your first scheduled match. Coaches, remember to check in your team(s) onsite before their first match on Saturday. You’ll need to bring a printed and signed copy of your team's AES roster for this event. If you need assistance with printing your roster, Click here if you need roster printing instructions
Reminder: Any adult sitting on the bench with a team must be listed on the team’s AES roster, which requires verified AAU membership.
EVENT INFORMATION
Tickets:
Tickets can be purchased at the door (Cash or Card only).
- Weekend pass: $30
- Single Day pass: $20
For faster processing, please have exact change available as card transactions may be slower due to Wi-Fi. There is a 3.5% Fee on all card purchases.
Vendors:
We’ll have several vendors on-site, including Reindeer Rumble Gear, Custom Reindeer Rumble Custom Slunks (limited quantity)& RCVA Gear, The Rustic Peach, and Volleyball Pillows. Santa will also make an appearance for photos with your family or teams, and there is no charge for pictures!
Food & Drinks:
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. However, concessions will be available, and Industrial Tap House will be offering food from their restaurant. Henrico Sports Center also has a full bar open for the weekend.
Seating:
Personal chairs are not allowed in the facility however, bleacher seating is available. While your child is not playing, please use the lobby area or upstairs mezzanine to allow room for other spectators.
There is no camping allowed on courts or in the lobby. Teams wishing to set up a designated area should plan to camp on the mezzanine above Industrial Tap House.
Athletic Trainer:
An athletic trainer will be on-site. If you need to be taped, please bring your own tape, as the AT may charge for rolls of tape.
Awards:
- Best Offensive Player and Best Defensive Player will be awarded in each girls’ division.
- An All-Tournament Team will be selected for the Boys’ divisions.
- The prestigious Top Club Award will be presented to the Girls’ team with the most top finishes across divisions!
- Trophies will be given to first and second in the Gold Division.
SCHEDULE
We will be running a single wave starting at 10am on Saturday. All courts will be in use. Schedule will be posted here and through AES once it is completed.
